Past career wise, I had been director of project management for Bear Creek Coffee where I developed their in line café units and full expansion program, going beyond just double drive thru kiosk units. Previous to that, I was manager of store planning for Restaurant Developers Corp., (Mr. Hero & Arabica Coffeehouse) responsible for the design, equipment layout, equipment specifications and construction of the family of concepts. I created and adopted many of the forms I use to this day in operations and the electronic (PDF) design and construction manual and prior to that I was in quality assurance and product development, so I am Jerry Delventhal, that will do projects for you.
